Ingredients used in Mesu Pickle (Fermented bamboo shoot)
• Mesu (bamboo shoot) - 250 grams.
• Garlic (crushed) - 4 cloves.
• Chili powder - 3 teaspoons.
• Mustard oil - 1 tea spoon.
• Salt - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
  • Mix all ingredients with mesu.
  • Keep in a closed jar for 1-2 days.

Mesu pickle is ready to serve with cooked rice.
