Ingredients used in methi leaves salad koshambir
• Freshly grated coconut - 2 teaspoons.
• Fresh lemon juice - 2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Salt to taste - .
• Medium size onion chopped - 1 numbers.
• Fried gram coarsely ground - 1/2 cup.
• Fresh methi leaves - 01 bunch.
Method:
Pluck only tender leaves from the methi bunch. Chop the plucked leaves coarsely . Wash well and squeeze out water till dry. In a bowl, add methi leaves, coarsely ground fried gram, finely chopped onion, red chilli powder, salt , coconut gratings and lemon juice. Mix well, check seasoning and serve. This can be served as a snack or can be served with hot phulkas.
