Ingredients used in Methi Mansha
• Garlic flower - 1 numbers.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Red chillies - 6 numbers.
• Tomatoes - 4 numbers.
• Fenugreek leaves - 250 grams.
• Mutton - 500 grams.
• Ginger - 3 numbers.
• Salt & turmeric powder - to taste.
Method:

Grind the onion, garlic,ginger and chillies. Chop the fenugreek leaves. Heat oil in a pan. Add the spices to it and fry it. Put the mutton and fry it. When nice flavour comes out of it add water to it. When cooked add the fenugreek leaves and tomatoes. Cook it foor sometime and remove from flame.
