Ingredients used in Methi Matar Paneer Bhurji
• Methi chopped - 1 cup.
• Matar - 1 cup.
• Paneer shredded - 1 cup.
• Tomato puree - 1/2 cup.
• Heavy whipping cream - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Onions chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Coriander powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Kitchen king masala - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt to taste - 1/2 .
Method:
In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and cumin seeds, brown onions and add ginger garlic paste. Add all the spices and fry for 1 min. Then add chopped methi, stir fry, add tomato puree and again stir fry. Add shredded paneer and heavy whipping cream. Cover and let it cook for 10 min.
