Ingredients used in Methi roti
• whole wheat flour 100 Grams.
• bengal gram flour 50 Grams.
• fenugreek leaves 15 Grams.
• coriander leaves 5 Grams.
• salt To Taste.
• turmeric Pinch.
• fat 50 Grams.
How to make the recipe:

1. sieve flour and gram flour together. add chopped corianderand fenugreek leaves. add salt a pinch of turmeric and 15 gm of fat.

2prepare a soft dough using water. roll into a thin chapati. apply fat make into a ball .

3. roll it again into a chapati bake both sides on a hot griddel.

4. Apply fat. fry for a few minuties and remove.
