Ingredients used in Methi roti
• Whole wheat flour - 100 grams.
• Bengal gram flour - 50 grams.
• Fenugreek leaves - 15 grams.
• Coriander leaves - 5 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Turmeric - pinch.
• Fat - 50 grams.
Method:

1. sieve flour and gram flour together. add chopped corianderand fenugreek leaves. add salt a pinch of turmeric and 15 gm of fat.

2prepare a soft dough using water. roll into a thin chapati. apply fat make into a ball .

3. roll it again into a chapati bake both sides on a hot griddel.

4. Apply fat. fry for a few minuties and remove.
