Ingredients used in methi thepla
• fenugreek 30 Grams.
• Wheat flour 50 Grams.
• jowar or bajra flour 30 Grams.
• chilli powder 1/2 Teaspoons.
• Coriander powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
• turmeric 1/2 Teaspoons.
• salt 1/2 Teaspoons.
• oil 10 Grams.
How to make the recipe:
sieve flours together. add chillies poeder coriander powder turmeric, salt and chopped fenugreek leaves and mix prepare dough adding enough water. set asidefor half an hour divide into small and roll out very thin shallow fry on a hot grigddle.
