Ingredients used in MINT AND BABY CORN CURRY 1
• Baby corn - 200 grams.
• Poppy seeds - 1 tea spoon.
• Cinnamon - 2 numbers.
• Cardamom - 4 numbers.
• Cloves - 3 numbers.
• Coriander seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Shahi jeera - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Oil - as required.
• Onions - 2 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Green chilli - 3 numbers.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 bunch.
• Red bell pepper - 1 number.
• Red chilli powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 clove.
• Cream - 3 tablespoons.
• Dry coconut - 20 grams.
Method:
Take baby corn and cut into small pieces. Heat a pan add poppy seeds, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, coriander seeds, dry coconut pieces dry roast all the ingredients and let it cool down then make it into a powder. Heat oil in a pan add shahi jeera, when they crackle add chopped onions, salt saute it till it is brown color. Now add chopped green chili, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder,mint leaves saute it for 2 minutes. Then add baby corn pieces, red bell pepper, red chili powder and add prepared masala powder, curd and add required water mix it and cook till 80% done. After 10 minutes add cream mix it well and switch off the flame. Serve it with pulao.
