Ingredients used in Mint Chutney
• Mint - 2 bunch.
• Green chilies - 4 numbers.
• Ginger (shredded) - 20 grams.
• Garlic - 6 piece.
• Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon.
• Coriander leaves - 1 bunch.
• Salt - 1 to taste.
• Yogurt - 1 cup.
• Pomegranate seeds(dry) - 2 tablespoons.
  • Blend all the ingredients except yogurt.
  • If required can add little water, salt (according to taste) and blend it again.

For kabab sidedish chutney:

  • Add yogurt to mint chutney in equal portion, mix it well.

For Bajjis sidedish chutney:

  • Add apinch of sugar or1 teaspoon of sugar in blended mint chutney.

For another variation chutney:

  • Add chopped onion to mint chutney, add ghee and mix with hot rice for excellent mint rice.

Add a few stems of fresh spearmint to white wine vinegar - enjoy mint flavor in everything! Let the vinegar stand with the mint for a week or two. Remove the mint, or not. Delicious!
