Ingredients used in MINT RICE
• Soya sauce - 1 teaspoons.
• Venigar - 1 teaspoons.
• Coriander - 1 bunch.
• Oil - 5 teaspoons.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Whole garam masala - 1 to taste.
• Green chilli - 6 numbers.
• Mint - 1 bunch.
• Rice - 2 cup.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Turmeric powder - 1 pinch.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tablespoons.
Method:
Take a pan pour 1 tsb of oil and add nicly chopped mint 9full bunch)and coriander(1/2 bunch), 4 green chillies and cumingseads. Fry for 2 or 3 min and grind it like a paste. boil the rice full separately. Take one big mouth pan pour 4 tsb of oil and add whole garam masala items, nicely chopped green chillies and sliced onions. Fry until the onions become golden brown color. Then add ginger garlic paste, termaric power, soya sauce and venigar. And finally add the mint paste to it. Add some salt to it. Once the mint paste mingle with oil then add the full boiled rice to it. nicely mix it. Finally garnish with coriander leaves. Your mint rice is ready to eat.
