Ingredients used in mixed vegetable Bhujjia
• Potatoes - 225 grams.
• Cabbage - 115 grams.
• Peas - 115 grams.
• Tomatoes - 115 grams.
• Onions - 115 grams.
• Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ginger - 10 grams.
• Garlic - 3 numbers.
• Dry mango powder - to taste.
• Fat - 30 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1.wash and prepare vegetables.

2.heat fat. fry spices . add spices.add vegetables and salt.saute and mix well.3

3.cover the pan with a well fitting lid.

4.cook gently shaking the pan frequently to prevent burning.add water if necessary. cook till all vegetables are properly cooked.

5.add mango powder or pomegrante seeds or lime juice and remove.
