MIXED VEGETABLE CHAPATHI

Ingredients used in MIXED VEGETABLE CHAPATHI
• Oil - 1-2 tablespoons.
• Green chillies - 1 tea spoon.
• Ginger(crush) - 1 tea spoon.
• Cauliflower(grated) - 1 sticks.
• Cabbage(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Carrot(grated) - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chili powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Dry spicy powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
• Mint leaves(chopped) - 1/2 tablespoon.
• Wheat flour - 1 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add green chillies, ginger, onions, cauliflower, cabbage, carrot, salt, red chili powder, dry spicy powder, coriander powder, and saute it.
  • Switch of the flame, add coriander leaves, mint leaves and transfer it into a plate.
  • Add wheat flour, little oil, water and make chapathi dough.
  • Divide dough into small portion and roll chapathi.
  • Heat the tawa and cook chapathi on both side with little oil.

Now mixed vegetable chapathi is ready to serve with any curry or raitha.
