Ingredients of Moms Spaghetti with Paneer Balls

paneer minced  0.5 Pint
bread soaked in water  3 Slice
self raising flour  1 Tablespoons
yoghurt  1 Tablespoons
salt to taste  1/4


Directions
First to make the balls mix the paneer, bread self raising flour salt to taste and yoghurt together and roll into balls and fry. Once done keep aside. Secondly boil water and cook the spaghetti - keep aside. Next make sauce base - using 2 tablespoons oil fry ginger, garlic, onions fry for few minutes - add tomatoes green chili to taster and tomato puree - cook for further few minutes. Again keep aside. Finally make some white sauce - heat butter and oil in pan add plain flour black pepper salt and 2 tablespoons of oil. cook until cheese melts and flour is cooked. In deep baking tray mix in the spaghetti, balls and tomato sauce - pour over the white sauce evenly, sprinkle on the cheese and before serving to heat and melt the cheese bake in oven for 30minutes at 180 degrees cel.
