firstly soak moong seeds for 3-4 hours.
boil the soaked moong seeds.
chop the onion and tomato.
take a sauce pan, add oil ,add cumin seeds when they start splutter add
chopped onion when they become teender add curry leaves , ginger garlic
when they fry add chopped tomatoes.once tomato become soft add turmeric
powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt to taste.
fry for all these for 1 minute.
once every thing is fried, add boiled moong seeds.
fry for one more minute.
now add the left n moong seeds when boiled.
close the lid for 5 minutes.
now add garam masala.
mix it well and close the lid and wait for 1 more minute.
now add coriander leaves .
