Ingredients used in Moru kachiyathu
• butter millk 4 Cup.
• oil To Fry.
• green chillies 2 Numbers.
• salt To Taste.
• ginger 1 Numbers.
• coconut oil 2 Teaspoons.
• coconut 1/2 Teaspoons.
• onion 1 Slice.
• red chillies 2 Numbers.
• turmeric powder 1/4 Teaspoons.
• mustard seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
• cumin seeds 1/4 Teaspoons.
• fenugreek seeds 1/2 Teaspoons.
• onion 1 Numbers.
• curry leaves To Taste.
How to make the recipe:
Heat coconut oil and fry the sliced onion, broken red chillies, mustard seeds and fenugreek seeds. when brown.add curry leaves.
Add the ground paste to the fried masala.
Add Chopped green chillies and ginger. stir well.
Add butter milk,salt and cook for a while, lowering the heat.the mixture should not boil. just simmer and remove from the fire .
