Ingredients used in Mullu Kara
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Corriander leaves - 1/4 bunch.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
• Tamarind - 1 teaspoons.
• Sambar powder or red chilli powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Water - 30 ml.
Method:

Grind all the above ingredients in mixer grind with water to paste consistency. Serve with Ghee / Clarified Butter and Rice.
