Ingredients used in Murg Adraki
• Boneless chicken cubes - 500 grams.
• Dry ginger powder - 50 grams.
• Garlic ginger paste - 50 grams.
• Onions (chopped) - 150 grams.
• Cinnamon powder - 5 grams.
• Mint (chopped ) - 10 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cooking oil - 150 grams.
• Chilli powder - 5 grams.
Heat oil,add onion and saute till it turns golden brown .Add ginger garlic paste and chicken and chicken cubes . Saute for 10 minutes .Add lemon juice and cinnamon powder ,mint leaves ,salt to taste and garnish with fresh coriander leaves .

I was looking for this recipe for quite sometime .... had this in a restaurant in delhi... gonna try it soon.... Was wondering why u r using ginger powder ...does it make any particular difference??? Why not only fresh ginger??
