Ingredients used in mushroom cum veg pulao
• Gingergarlic paste - 1and1/2 teaspoons.
• Onion chilli vegetable mushrooms - accoding ly piece.
• Whole spices - 1-7 numbers.
• Ghee or oil - 4-6 tsp tablespoons.
• Mint and corriender leaves - accodingly slice.
• Chilli turmeric masala powder,salt,tasting salt,rice - accoding ly to taste.
Method:

take vegetables like peas,carrots,beans cut to peices take mushroom and cut a bit large peices cut onion long and chilli atleast 3-4 dont seperate jst cut in middle take whole spices like cloves elichi dalchini mesh tejpata take autensil on stove add oil after it heats put the whole psices and cover it with lid when it is a bit done sound comesput onion and chilli fry them for about 2 min then add vegetables along with mushroom fry for abt 8-10 min till water comes out then add gingergarlic pastefrey for while and add water to it with propetion of rice i.e(1:2)after tat put haldi powder,chilli powder,masalapowder,ajinamotto or tasting salt,salt to taste as required then cover it with lid in slow flame as pulao will b abt to done add mint and corriender leaves to it on above and just slightly mix it and again cover it it is done serve it hot with chilled raita hope you will enjoy.
