Heat butter.add onion and mushrooms. cook for 2-3 minutes.
2 sprinkle maida. cook for 1-2 minutes on low heat. remove from fire.
3. add milk stirring contiuously. cook on fire until queat thick. remove from fire add salt, pepper and greenchillies.
4apply this mixture on each biscuit. granish with 1/2 tomato slice and place a halved capsicum rong around the tamoto. serve at room temperature or warm in an oven or microwave 8pieces together for 1 minute.
