Ingredients used in MUSHROOM GALOUTI KEBAB
• Mushrooms - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 6 teaspoons.
• Chopped onions - 1 number.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chopped green chillies - 2 numbers.
• Garam masala powder - 1 pinch.
• Cumin powder - 1 pinch.
• Chopped paneer - 1/4 cup.
• Chopped potatoes - 1/2 number.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Paneer - 1/2 cup.
• Bengal gram flour - 1 tea spoon.
Method:
Firstly boil the mushrooms in water. In a hot pan add oil, chopped onions, salt, and saute it. Now add chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste and saute it till the raw flavor disappears. Now add boiled mushrooms, garam masala powder, cumin powder, chopped paneer and saute it. Now switch off the flame and add par boiled chopped potatoes and saute it nicely. Blend this into a paste and take into a plate. Adjust the consistency by adding bengal gram flour into it. Oil your hands and make small balls or kebab’s with that mixture. Heat the pan by adding oil to it and place the kebabs in pan to fry them and cook both the sides. Once they are cooked plate it them and serve hot with mint chutney.
