MUSHROOM PICKLE

Ingredients used in MUSHROOM PICKLE
• Mushrooms - (6-10) number.
• Oil - 1/2 cup.
• Turmeric powder - 1/4 tea spoon.
• Sesame seeds powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Lime juice - 2 tablespoons.
Method:
  • Cut mushrooms into 2 pieces and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add mushrooms and remove from flame and keep aside.
  • When mushroom colour change add turmeric powder, sesame seeds powder, mustard seeds powder, red chilly powder, salt, lime juice and mix nicely.
  • Transfer into a container and stored in refrigerator or outside for 1 week or 10 days.

Now Mushroom Pickle is ready to serve.
