Ingredients used in Mutton Chukka varuval
• Salt - to taste.
• Curry leaves - 1 bunch.
• Cloves - 2 numbers.
• Red chilly - 15 numbers.
• Cinnamon strips - 2 numbers.
• Boneless mutton - 500 grams.
• Sesame oil - 50 ml.
Method:
  • Powder Cinnamon, cloves and red chillies.
  • Cut mutton into very small cubes (smaller the better).
  • Mix all the above, add salt and little water and boil them in cooker (appx 4 whistles).
  • Heat oil in a frying pan and fry curry leaves.
  • Add boiled mutton and fry until the aroma eludes.

Serve it.
