Ingredients used in Nargisi Kofta
• mince meat- chicken 500 Grams.
• salt 1 To Taste.
• oil 1 Tablespoons.
• onions 2 Numbers.
• tomatoes 3 Numbers.
• garam masala whole 3 Piece.
• eggs 6 Numbers.
• almonds 6-8 Piece.
• turmeric 1 Pinch.
• chilli pdr 1 Teaspoons.
• chopped gr chilli (optional) 3 Numbers.
• coriander pdr 1 1/2 Tablespoons.
• cumin pdr 1 1/2 Tablespoons.
• ginger garlic paste 1 Tablespoons.
How to make the recipe:
Boil and peel eggs
Mix spices to mince meat. Coat eggs with mincemeat as shown.
Heat oil in a pan and add whole garam masala and add onion and fry till golden brown.
Now add turmeric, ginger garlic paste and cook till raw smell in gone. Add cumin, coriander, chilli pwdr.
Now add tomato and almond paste and cook till oil oozes out. Add water and cook covered.
Check seasoning add chilli and slip in koftas.
Finish off with chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, chapati or naan
