Ingredients used in navratri special dosa
• Ghee or oil for frying - 1 tablespoons.
• Boiled potatoes{medium} - 3 numbers.
• For potato filling: - .
• Chopped green chillies{opt} - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ajwain - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Red chilli pwd - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt{to taste} - .
• Boiled arbi - 2 tablespoons.
• Kuttu{buckwheat flour} - 5 tablespoons.
• Red chillies dry - 2 numbers.
• Red chilli pwd - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Ajwain - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - .
• Green chillies chopped - .
Method:
for making filling: mash potatoes,heat oil,put all seasonins n potatoes mix.cook for 5 minutes.remove from fire. for dosa: in a bowl mash arbi and mix it well with kuttu {buckwheat flour} n salt.add some water n mix well.add ajwain n all seasonings(u can put ginger paste along with the rest.. if desired).mix.keep adding little water till its in a smooth flowing consistency. heat a nonstick griddle,dab little oil or ghee,pour n spread batter like dosa..cook for few minutes putting oil on the edges.flip n cook the other side.put filling .fold. serve with coconut or mint chutney...
