NOODLES SOUP

Ingredients used in NOODLES SOUP
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Corn flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tea spoon.
• Onions(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Mushrooms - 1 cup.
• Soya sauce - 1 tea spoon.
• Vinegar - 1 tea spoon.
• Msg - 2 pinch.
• Black pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Water - 2 cups.
• Zucchini - 1/2 cup.
• Chinese cabbage - 1/2 cup.
• Spring onions - 1/2 cup.
• Oil - 2 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, corn flour, water to make a chapati dough.
  • Heat oil in pan and add ginger, onions, little salt and saute it.
  • Add mushrooms, soya sauce, vinegar, MSG, black pepper powder and saute it.
  • Add water to boil it and then take the dough to roll it using a rolling pin like chapati.
  • Dust some flour and fold into one third
  • Cut the dough into small pieces and open to make the flat noodles.
  • Add noodles into boiling soup and cook it for 2 minutes.
  • Check for seasoning and take into serving bowl.
  • Now top it with zucchini, chinese cabbage, spring onions and serve it.
