Ingredients used in NUVVULA SWEET APPALU
• All purpose flour - 1 cup.
• Rice flour - 1/2 cup.
• Sesame seeds without skin - 1/2 cup.
• Sugar - 1/4 cup.
• Oil - 1 to fry.
• Salt - 0 to taste.
• Cumin seeds - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1. Make a dough, by mixing all purpose flour and rice flour, hot oil and salt. 2. Roast sesame seeds and blend them into fine powder when it cools down add sugar, then mix it again and make a fine paste. 3. Make small balls of them, sprinkle water on it if required. 4. Take a dough of all purpose flour and roll them like chapatis then stuff sesame mixture in centre and close them. 5. Then take a plastic cover and apply oil on it, and keep this mixture ball on it and press like poori with the help of your hands. 6. Then deep fry them. Now the dish is ready to serve.
