OATS ALOO TIKKIS

Ingredients used in OATS ALOO TIKKIS
• Potato (boiled) - 1 cup.
• Oats - 1(1/2) cups.
• Green chilli - 4 numbers.
• Garam masala - half tea spoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Dry mango powder - half tea spoon.
• Coriander (chopped) - half tablespoon.
• Eggs - 2 numbers.
• Bread crumbs - half cup.
• Oil - as required.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add Boiled and mashed potato, Oats, green chilli, garam masala, salt, mix it well .
  • Divide the mixture into small dumplings. In a bowl add egg and beat well.
  • Take the dumplings and press it with hands and give tikki shape and dip into the egg mixture and coat with the bread crumbs. Heat tawa and shallow fry the tikkis by using oil.
  • Cook the tikkis on both sides. Serve this with tomato ketchup or Mint chutney.
