Ingredients used in OEUFS a la MIMOSA
• Eggs(hard-boilled) - 4 numbers.
• Mayonnaise sauce - 300 ml.
• Parsley(chopped) - 1 teaspoons.
Method:

1.cut hard -boiled eggs in half lengthwise.

2.place them cxut-side down on aserving dish.

3.pour over them 1 cup of mayonnaise sauce highly seasoned and less soild than usual (add a little water to dilute).

4.sprinkle chopped parseley over and serve.
