Wash and soak the bean overnight.Cut the yellow pumpkin in cubes and keep aside
Heat a kadai and add chopped ginger ,small onions ,green chillies and little salt.Add little water for it to cook for 10 mts.
To this add the cut yellow pumpkin ,turmeric powder and cook with closed lid.(the pumpkin itself has water content, so donrsquo;t add water)
Pressure cook the bean with a pinch turmeric powder for 2 whistle .
Once the pumpkin becomes soft and mashy add the beans to this and mix well.
Add salt ,curry leaves ,coconut oil and the coconut milk to this mixture.
Allow the mixture to cook in slow flame for around 10-15mts.
Serve it hot with rice.
