Ingredients used in Omelette
• Chilli - 3 numbers.
• Tomato - 1 numbers.
• Red onions - 1 numbers.
• Eggs - 3 numbers.
• Salt - for taste to taste.
Method:
First add the onions in the fry pan salute till the colour changes to light brown then add green chilli and tomato, salute it out then beat the egg add this mixture into the egg and then fry the egg with salt.u want to add curry leaves u can do that .the taste when you cook the onions separately gives a different totally different taste

Nice Recipe sankarisankar1988 garu, and yes as u said the taste is really good if onions fried seperately, But never heard or did ,SALUTE either onions or tomatoes in any recipe before.......ha ha ha !
