Ingredients used in omelette
• Eggs - 4 numbers.
• Onion - 2 numbers.
• Coconut grated - 2 teaspoons.
• Green chilies. - 3 teaspoons.
• Chilliespowder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Salt - 3/4 teaspoons.
Method:

Chop the onion, green chillies and corander leaves finely. take it in a bowl. add saltnbsp; Chillies powders and grated coconut. mix well. pour the egg contents into it and stir well.

Take a tava. pour enough oil and and heat it. pour the egg mixture over it and spread Evenly. cook it on low fire.

When thenbsp;lower side is roasted, turn over. cook for a few more minutes and remove From fire.nbsp;nbsp;

serve hotas a snack or with rice.
