Ingredients used in Omelette Soup
• Red chillies - 2 numbers.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Fish sauce - 1 tablespoons.
• Spring onions - 2 numbers.
• Chicken or pork cooked sliced - 1/2 cup.
• Chicken stock - 3 cup.
• Onions chopped - 1/2 cup.
• Garlic - 3 clove.
• Oil - 3 tablespoons.
• Eggs beaten - 5 numbers.
• Salt - to taste.
• Coriander leaves - 1 tablespoons.

1.heat half the oil in a pan fry the garlic and the onions till golden brown,keep them aside.

2.heat the rest of the oil in another pan and make a omelette,cook each side for 2minutes then cut into 1#39;#39; x 2#39;#39; strips.

3.heat the chicken stock in a soup pot; add the chicken or pork, egg strips, coriander,spring onions,fish sauce,sugar,red chillies,and the seasoning.

4.serve hot garnished with fried garlic and onions and fresh coriander leaves.nbsp;
