Ingredients used in onion pokodi
• Shanaga pendi - 250 grams.
• Tarmaric - 1 pinch.
• Onions - 1 cup.
• Salt - to taste.
• Oil - to fry.
• Red chillel power - 1 pinch.
• Baking power - pinch.
Method:
take a large bowl, put shanaga pendi, tarmaric, onions, salt to taste, chille power and onions. mix then all. now add some baking power and mix it. now add some oil to it. keep it a side for some time. take a pan pour oil for frying. put this mixture in oil like small balls.(NOTE:-put the flame in low. so that it cooks nice).take the balls when they are in gold colour. take the pakodis with soucs.
