Ingredients used in Onion poteto maxican punjabi curry
• Garam masala powder - to taste .
• Fenugreek leaves - 1 pinch.
• Cardemom - 1 .
• Cloves - 3 .
• Hara dhaniya - 1/2 cup.
• Curry leaves - 5-6 piece.
• Dhaniya powder - 1 teaspoons.
• Yogurt - 2 tablespoons.
• Chilly flacks and oregano - 1 teaspoons.
• Red chillies - 2 piece.
• Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Cumin seeds - 1 pinch.
• Mustard seeds - 1 pinch.
• Tomatoe catch up - 3 tablespoons.
• Potato - 1 large.
• Onion - 3 large.
• Salt - to taste .
• Soya souce - lil bit .
• Green chillies - 1-2 piece.
• Garlic - 7-8 clove.
• Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons.
• Cream - for serving .
add oil in the pan.add cumin and mustard seeds.let them crackle.then add cardemom and cloves.. then add 2 red chillies with curry leaves,garlic cloves and green chillies.. add onions and salt and soute them.. add ginger garlic paste tomoatoe catch up,soya souce,chilly flacks,oregano,turmeric,dhaniya powder fry them for 1 min..add pototoes and then add yogurt and water..let the contents get cooked nicely.. slow the flame..and add fenugreek leaves..after 1 mins swith off the flame and add fresh cream..sprinkle lil bit of garam masala and serve with dhaniya sprinkled.. nice item to be eaten with naan or puri.. try it and tell is my own invention..i tried it..and it tastes awesum.. chef i have been following ur recipies since long..and u r my teacher..and i have learnt making lots of recipies just cuz of you..accept my small contribution for you..
