Ingredients used in orange sabja refreshner
• Sabja/basil seeds - 2 tablespoons.
• Oranges - 2 big.
• Ginger - 1/2 inch slice.
• Mint leaves - 2 leaf.
• Low calorie sweetner - 1/2 teaspoons.
Method:
"Soak basil seeds in 1 cup of water for about an hour. Extract the fresh orange juice .Blend ginger and orange juice along with 2 or 3 cubes of ice. Strain the content and add sugar and the above 1 cup of basil seeds along with the water in which it is soaked .Garnish with mint leaves. Note : Some times I directly use Tropicana juice instead of fresh oranges. The same recipe goes well with watermelon, musk melon and papaya as part of diet recipes."
