OREO BISCUIT PIE WITH COCONUT MILK

Ingredients used in OREO BISCUIT PIE WITH COCONUT MILK
• Oreo biscuits - 6-7 numbers.
• Marie biscuits - 4-5 numbers.
• Butter - 1 tablespoon.
• Milk - 1 tea spoon.
• Hung curd - 1 cup.
• Powdered sugar - 1 cup.
• Coconut milk - 1 cup.
• Coconut(freshly grated) - 1 cup.
• Gelatin - 2-1/2 teaspoons.
• Coconut slices - 1/2 cup.
Method:
  • Take Oreo and marie biscuits in a bowl and make fine powder.
  • Now add butter, milk, and mix properly.
  • Grease the mould with butter and fill it with the mixture then arrange it properly.
  • For filling take hung curd, powdered sugar and mix it.
  • Once it looks like a cream add coconut milk, coconut, and mix it.
  • Now add gelatin(soaked in water and boiled) into it and mix.
  • Now pour the entire mixture on the biscuit mixture and top it up with thin slices of coconut on it.
  • Refrigerate it for 1 hr in the fridge.
  • Demould this and cut into pieces.
