Ingredients used in Oriental Chicken Rice Dinner
• Minute white rice - 2 cup.
• Soy sauce - 3 teaspoons.
• Soup can of water - 3 cup.
• Condensed cream - 1 can.
• Chicken breast - 4 small.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Frozen stir-fry vegetables - 16 oz.
Method:
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken;
cover.
Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

REMOVE chicken from skillet. Stir in soup, water and soy sauce. Bring to
boil.

STIR in rice and vegetables. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5
minutes.
