Oven Roasted Chicken Legs

Ingredients used in Oven Roasted Chicken Legs
• Olive oil - 2 tablespoon.
• Cider vinegar - 1 tablespoon.
• Salt - to taste.
• Pepper powder - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Garlic (crushed) - 10 numbers.
• Red chilly powder - 1 tablespoon.
• Chicken legs - 2 numbers.
• Carrots - 4 numbers.
• Zukkini - 1 number.
• Corn - 1/2 piece.
Method:
  • In a bowl add red chilly powder, crushed garlic, pepper powder, salt, cider vinegar, olive oil, mix it well and marinate the chicken and put it into the refrigerator and rest it for 2 hours.
  • Then first put it on the hot griddle to make grill marks, arrange the chicken legs into the baking tray bake them at 220 c for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Take a bowl add left over mixture in this add carrots, zukkini, corn, mix it and put these vegetables on the hot griddle cook this till grill marks on the vegetables and transfer it to a plate .

Serve chicken with grilled vegetables
