Ingredients used in Paanagam
• Jaggery - 300 grams.
• Green cardamom pods - 5 numbers.
• Dry ginger powder - 1/4 teaspoons.
• Lemon juice - 1 numbers.
• Ice cold water - 600 ml.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

Shred the jaggery and add it to chilled water.nbsp;
Crush cardamom pods with the help of a mallet.nbsp;
Add it to jaggery mixture along with ginger powder.nbsp;
Stir the ingredients to blend them well in water.nbsp;
Add salt and lemon juice. Mix again.nbsp;
Pour in the glasses and serve.
