Ingredients used in Paanch Phoorner Charchari
• Potatoes - 225 grams.
• Brinjals - 115 grams.
• Red pumpkin - 115 grams.
• Peas - 115 grams.
• Green chillies - 10 grams.
• Onion seeds - 5 grams.
• Mustard seeds - 5 grams.
• Cumin - 5 grams.
• Fenugreek - 5 grams.
• Fennel - 5 grams.
• Curry leaves - to taste.
• Sugar - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 15 ml.
• Salt - to taste.
• Red chillies - 1 numbers.
Method:

1.peel and cut potatoes and pumpkin into 2.5 cm.(1)#39;#39; cubes.cut brinjals into even sized pieces.shell peas.

2.heat fat.fry red chillies broken into small pieces,and slit green chillies,mixed spices and curry leaves.add vegetables and saute.

3.add sugar, salt and enough water to cook vegetables.cover.

4.let it simmer till vegetables are tender and water is absorbed.
