PALAK AND SPROUTS CHAT

Ingredients used in PALAK AND SPROUTS CHAT
• Chickpea flour - 1/2 cup.
• Rice flour - 1 tablespoon.
• Corn starch - 1 tablespoon.
• Black sesame seeds - 1 tablespoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Spinach - 1 bunch.
• Coriander leaves - 1 cup.
• Mint leaves - 1/2 cup.
• Ginger - 4 pieces.
• Green chillies - 4 numbers.
• Mixed sprouts - 1/2 cup.
• Onions(chopped) - 1/2 cup.
• Chat masala - 1 pinch.
• Lime juice - 1 tea spoon.
• Yogurt - 1/4 cup.
• Tomato - 1/4 cup.
• Chili flakes - 1 tea spoon.
• Curd - 1 tablespoon.
Method:
  • Take a bowl and add chickpea flour, rice flour, corn starch, chili flakes, sesame seeds, little oil, water, salt and mix nicely to make a dough.
  • Roll dough into papad and cut into diamond shape pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pieces and transfer into paper towel.
  • Take a mixie jar and add blanched spinach, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies, salt and blend into smooth green paste.
  • In the sprouts bowl add onions, chat masala, lime juice and mix it.
  • Take a serving plate and add fried papad and top it with sprouts mixture, green paste, sugar mixed yogurt, tomato.

Now palak and sprouts chat are ready to serve.
