Ingredients used in palak chuttny
• Corriander (optional) - 1/4 bunch.
• Red chilli - 3 or 4 numbers.
• Jeera - 2 tablespoons.
• Chena dal - 1/2 tablespoons.
• Urad dal - 2 tablespoons.
• Hing - 3 pinch.
• Green chilli - 2 numbers.
• Tamarind pulp or just tamarind - to taste.
• Ginger - 3 piece.
• Garlic - 5 clove.
• Palak - 2 bunch.
• Mustard seeds - 1/4 tablespoons.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chashew nuts(optional) - 1 tablespoons.
Method:
Clean palak, chop it and fry till its done in little oil and keep it aside.Now fry 3 garlic cloves,ginger,tamarind,chopped corriander,chashew nuts,green chilli,1 sppon jeera till they are done. now put this mixture in grinder and make a paste of it. then add palak and grind it. now add tempering with chopped garlic and other tempering items. Dont forget to add sufficient salt to taste.salt can be added at any stage. If you thing that the quantites are not sufficient or more, you can increase or decrease the quantity acoording to you taste. It tastes awsome. Thank you.
