Ingredients used in Palak pakora
• Ginger-garlic paste - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - to fry.
• Salt - to taste.
• Chilli pdr - 1 teaspoons.
• Besan - 100 grams.
• Palak/spinach - 1 small bunch.
• Coriander pdr (if you like) - 1 teaspoons.
Wash and chop spinach finely. Take a bowl, mix besan chopped spinach, salt, chilli pdr, ginger-garlic pdr and water to a thick consistency. Do not add more water. Take a pan, heat oil on medium flame and put small quantities of pakora mixure into the the hot oil. Fry them on low flame till the pakoras turn to brown. Remove and serve hot with ketchup or sauce. Or eat just like that.

Loved the fuss free recipe which at the same time is delicious. I made it today in the evening snacks and it is soooo easy to make! My hubby appreciated the result too. :-)
