Ingredients used in Palak Raita
• Curds - 225 grams.
• Spinach - 115 grams.
• Green chillies - 5 grams.
• Salt - to taste.
• Cumin - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Mustard - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Fenugreek - 1/2 teaspoons.
• Whole red chillies - 2-3 numbers.
• Oil - 15 ml.
Method:

1. Pick and wash spinach .Steam .

2. Beat curds and mix with steamed spinach and chopped green chillies . Add salt .

3. Heat oil . Add red chillies , mustard ,cumin and fenugreek . When seeds crackle pour over spinach and curds mixture . Mix well .
