Ingredients used in palak spinach paratha
• Salt - 1 pinch.
• Ginger - 1 teaspoons.
• Wheat flour - 2 cup.
• Garam masala - 1 teaspoons.
• Oil - 1 teaspoons.
• Curd - 3 tablespoons.
• Green mirchi - 5 numbers.
• Spinach/palak leaves - 20 numbers.
Method:
1. Wash spinach leaves, green mirchi. 2.Put spinach leaves,green mirchi,curd,ginger and garam masala in mixer or blender and make a fine paste.use water if required. 3.Add salt to wheat flour and knead it using the above paste and make soft dough. 4.Let the dough rest for 15-20 min. 5.Divide the dough into small pieces and roll them as chapathis and fry them with ghee/oil on hot pan similar to chapathis. 6.These hot palak parathas can be served with any curry or raita.
