Before starting with preparation wash the palak with water very neatly. Chop the palak, green chillies and onions into small pieces.
1. Add oil to the pan and let it heat.
2. Add chopped onions and green chillies.
3. Add salt and turmeric and saute it 2 min.
3. Add red chilli powder.
4. Add palak and let it cook for 3 min. Dont cover it with lid.
5. Add milk and let it boil for 5 more min.
