Ingredients used in palleelabobbattu
• Wheat - 200 grams.
• Jaggery - 200 grams.
• Groundnut{palleelu} - 1/4 grams.
• Water {required to mix the dough} - 500 grams.
mix wheat and water to make dough{for puri}.keep it aside.fry the groundnut in a pan for 2mins .remove the skin of it.grind the groundnuts and jaggery{bellam} to make small laddus of the grinded mixture {lemon size}.take the dough make small puris .stuff the above laddu in the puri.close it again roll them in a size of puri.very easy to roll, the stuffed mix wouldnt come out.heat a non stick tava.put the rolled puri on it.roast both the sides.
serve hot or cold.gets crispy if cooled. can be stored for 5 to 6 days in tight lidded box
