Ingredients used in paneer dosa
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Peanut masala - 1 tablespoons.
• Butter - 1 to taste.
• Paneer - 1 cup.
• Dosa batter - 1 cup.
• Coriander - 1 to taste.
• Green chillies - 1 to taste.
Method:
spread dosa batter over oiled pan . put the peanut masala(fine powder peanut chilli powder,coriander powder,jeera powder,salt). put butter and spread the mixture of peanut masala and butter over the dosa, put finely chopped onions,coriander,green chillies over the dosa , grate the paneer over the dosacovver full dosa with paneer,fry on medium flame.the paneer melts...serve hot
