Ingredients used in PANEER DRY FRUIT LADDU
• Paneer(grated) - 1/4 cup.
• Milk - 1/4 cup.
• Condensed milk - 7 tea spoon.
• Yellow cucumber seeds - 20 grams.
• Almond - 20 numbers.
• Pista - 10 numbers.
• Cashew nuts - 10 numbers.
• Ghee - 1 tea spoon.
Method:

1.Take some ghee in a hot pan and add grated paneer cook for few minutes. 2.Now add grinded yellow cucumber seeds, milk and boil till it becomes thick. 3.Add condensed milk again cook it until it becomes thick and get one string consistency to make laddu . 4.Switch off the flame and now make this mixture into small laddu with your hand. 5.Now sprinkle the crushes of almond, pista, cashew nuts on laddu and serve it.
