Ingredients used in PANEER GONGURU CURRY
• Sorrel leaves - 2 bunch.
• Green chilli - 15 numbers.
• Tomato - 2 numbers.
• Onion - 1 numbers.
• Paneer - 100 grams.
• Oil - 3-4 tablespoons.
• Ginger garlic paste - 1 tea spoon.
• Coriander powder - 1 tea spoon.
• Mustard seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Cumin seeds - 1/2 tea spoon.
• Curry leaves - 4 springs.
• Red chill - 4 numbers.
• Garlic - 4 cloves.
• Salt - to taste.
Method:

1.Heat oil in pan and add ginger garlic paste, paneer pieces, salt, coriander powder and saute it and keep it aside. 2.Again heat oil in a pan add sorrel leaves, grated green chilli, chopped onion, chopped tomato and cook it in a slow flame for 5 min and keep it aside. 3.Now transfer this sorrel leaves mixture in blender and make a fine paste. 4.Now add this sorrel leaves paste to paneer and cook it for another 3 min then switch off the flame. 5.For tempering heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chill, curry leaves, garlic and saute it and transfer this tempering to above paneer mixture and mix it. 6.Tasty paneer gongura curry is ready to serve.
